Branzino, Pilates & Friendship

Simple, sunkissed & full of ease. This broiled branzino came together after Pilates with salty skin & bright lemons.

Fresh Whole branzino

Fresh lemon slices

Fresh dill

Fresh Garlic cloves

Cherry or Vine Tomatoes

Extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt flakes

Black pepper

Place your oven rack near the top and preheat the broiler to high.

Stuff the fish with fresh lemon slices, dill & garlic.

Drizzle the skin with olive oil & season generously with Sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Lay the fish on a broiler pan. Add Tomatoes, Potatoes, more Garlic or any vegetables and herbs you love.

Broil for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until the skin is crisp and golden.

Serve hot. Savor slowly.
